I work overnight and the struggle is real. I started working night a year 15 months ago andgave gained 15 pds!

I'm a night owl because I am an Insomniac and find it easier to get busy then. I get my best workouts in after midnight!
Are you able to move around at work rather than be idle? Maybe a little exercise?0 -
I work rotating shift work from days to nights. I found that when I work dayshift I try to workout in the evening after dinner or wake up before work. When I work night shift I workout either halfway through my shift or right when I wake up in the afternoon. I work from either 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. I know everyone cant workout at work but get creative. I have a rubber mat, dumbbells and a jump rope that I use at work. Do pushups, jumping jacks, burpees, situps, planks none of those require leaving your work area. Get creative and best of luck!
