Doesn't sound like I can work this one into my diet plan. Not very low in fat which is what we all are trying to eat less of. Sounds delicious though, but I'll go look around for a healthier version.

    sounds yummy!!

Because Bacon, Butter, Cheese, Sour Cream, Ranch.

But why bother putting it on cauliflower? It's a good dip for kale chips.

Thanks! This sounds delicious and will fit right into my way of eating. I eat relatively low carb (no white potatoes, white rice, white pasta).

You might like this crazy variation of this cauliflower recipe that I make from time to time.

First, replace the cauliflower with 3 scrambled eggs. Cook them in the butter.

Then instead of putting the rest of the ingredients (except the ranch) ON TOP of the cauli .. uhhh eggs, you put it (wait for it, this is the part where I'm thinking WAY outside the box ... ) INSIDE the eggs. Then top with ranch.

Radical, but this is definitely tastier than the original cauliflower recipe. I call it Loaded STUFFED Cauliflower

I think this recipe should be renamed to

    Deflowering the cauliflower.

That sounds dirty and I only eat clean.

I actually eat a fairly high fat diet (40% of my calories, I think.) So. Well.

    This is awkward.

And what is wrong with that? I'm lactose intolerant and I still love cheese and sour cream. Bacon and butter are also yummy...and they fit in nutrient wise pretty good with macros and micros.

I'm very confused as to why you wanted to replace the potato with cauliflower?
