Struggling with exercise, I think it might be my diet

Hello MFPers!

I'm just trying to understand why I'm struggling so much with general energy levels at the moment, I eat on average about 2000 cals a day at a guess and so far I have achieved a fantastic loss! However, recently I have taken up cycling on roads and I have done at least a 20 mile plus bike ride for the last 3 weeks, every week and I walk everywhere (never use public transport). This week especially, I feel incredibly drained, I don't have any energy and I have had to take 'naps' throughout the day from doziness. This is bearing in mind 8 - 9 hours sleep approx every night. What is wrong with me? I feel so weak and tired, this never used to be a problem for me when I was heavier!

All help and advice is greatly appreciated as I really want to sort this out!
