I rarely drink alcohol anymore as well, many health benefits to counting calories2

Subpar chocolate (ie. m&ms). Realized at Halloween, not even a handful is over 100 Cals. Now, amazing yet expensive chocolate bars totally make sense. A tiny bit is satisfying so they last too.2

Definitely have to agree with the Little Debbie, Hostess, TastyKake posts.
While some taste great there's no way those snacks will even come close to filling me up & I'll be looking for something else to eat.1 -
My "end of overnight shift" breakfast this morning was supposed to be a small bag of fries. It was SO salty I didn't like it, so I ate a few, logged half a bag, and now I'm going to eat roasted garlic and spinach soup instead.1
