Hey everyone!

I have been using MFP for a few weeks now, and it has been an incredible help. Who knew tracking your food intake can be so helpful? ;) I have recently taken to checking out the discussions and I look forward to reading about all your journeys.

I started my health and fitness journey on Sept. 5/17. Since then, I have lost a total of 17.75 lbs! Yay! I have attempted to lose weight on and off again all my life and this time it will stick. I no longer look at things as a diet or a quick fix. It's a lifestyle change and I'm loving every step of the way (okay, that's a lie. Its not always easy but overall I'm pretty darn happy).
