Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, so it is time to post my report. It was a record setting week for me, with 71 miles of cardio done and my first weightlifting and abs session in years.     Monday Morning Weigh in:176.5 (3 measurements. 176,176,177) 3.5 lbs lost for a week and 2 days.
