Hi, ya'll!!!
My name is Andrea, I'm 36 and weigh in at 168. My goal is 150.
Ever since having 3 kids and multiple miscarriages, life hit me pretty hard. I was able to lose about 10-15 pounds, but after a tragedy in my family in May my diet went totally out of control and I gained 20 pounds quickly.
I just started working out a week ago and lost my first 5 pounds!!!!
I really need support. I'm so good at starting but so bad at continuing it. I can usually lose 10lbs, but after that I quit. I want this time to be different.

Glad you're here. I'm sorry for your losses... it's hard to focus on weight loss when you are grieving.
Congratulations on losing five pounds! You're off to a great start.

You came back! How awesome is that?!

We all have these triggers....our emotions and thoughts.

When I see an overweight person, I think they are going through a rough time in their life. I understand them as I understand myself.

You have ID'd your triggers. You are well on your way.

Come here to vent with your friends, and let it out. Nobody is perfect here, and we all get hung up with crap. My 2nd time here, and I log everything, and when I don't know the calories, I log it in excess rather than low.

I hope you have and use the mobile app.

    Friend me if you'd like.
