Still looking for some Golden Oldies out here. I am 76 and was just diagnosed with atrial fibrillation hense I am now on a cardiac diet. Fortunately I had started a week ago logging with fitness pal in earnest. Between the hospital and home I was doing great now all of a sudden I am creeping back up. I have been faithful logging sometimes I have to purposely eat more to get the calories and right nutrients.
