Low carbs - how much fat & protein

Lately I have been experimenting with cutting the amount of carbs I eat. I used to average 180g per day but I'm now having between 50 - 100g. My question is how much fat & protein should I be having. Right now I seem to be heavy on the fat compared to protein.

Just wondered what other people cutting carbs have their macros set at?

I put my protein and carbs at about 100g each, and let the fat make up the difference.

There's a way to figure out your lean body mass. That number should equal grams of protein per day. Por ejemplo, I'm 5'3". My lean body mass is right around 90 lbs. I aim for 90 g of protein a day (but usually eat more).

I don't watch fat. So, no help there.

I don't limit my carbs per se, but I do limit my grain carbs. I've really reduced my pasta and bread intake, as my body reacts to them with water retention and gas. I don't avoid these foods completely, but if I eat pasta or pizza, I know, my weight will be up 2lbs in the morning and will need a few days to regulate. i don't seem to react to rice or potatoes in the same way.

So I mostly avoid white bread and pasta mostly during the week and enjoy, what I want on the weekends

Most of the time I keep my carbs under 75g per day. Most people say that eating .85 and 1g protein per lb of lean body mass is sufficient to maintain that body mass so for me I stay around 100-120 grams of protein. The rest should be fat. Fat isn't going to make you fat so don't be afraid of it!
