hi guys!
I´m pretty young ( 16 )
and lost 20kg two years ago , I gained that weight back due to enjoying a lot of food, eating my feelings etc. currently weighing 79 kg

i´m trying my best to lose that weight
I don't really have a time limit but I would love to get the

Hi I'm around ur age
I lost 26 kg last year. My advise is love your body now ( not that you don't already) and don't rush anything.
Take small steps and build sustainable habits over time. In that way you mostly likely will not relapse into regaining the weight.
For example abstain from junk foods and don't let people make you feel weird for choosing to be healthy.
Drink looootttsss of water and green tea
Never skip breakfast !
Formulate a quick morning workout for each day of the week before school
