I had 3 teenage boys standing behind me in line at the dollar store talk very loudly to each other about how I had "done been blessed".

Once had a very cute bartender lean across the bar and tell me I had the most beautiful eyes.. my tipsy friend ..leaned in close between us and fluttered her eyes at him and said" what about mine" totally ruined the moment but as I was newly single it was a real boost at the time.3

After a really intense training session, I went to a fine dining establishment and was sitting at my table and one of the ladies who works there walked by and stopped and turned back towards me and said, "Dang, dude - you smell really good". And leaned in and just kinda lingered there for a few seconds. I am not one to be shy, so I stood up so that she could properly grab on to my shoulders (well, one should and one 'chest').0

It’s always nice to hear something like, “you’re a great dad” or “it’s easy to see how much you love your children” or “that’s not small, it’s very close to average sized”. Gives me the happy feels.7

A little long, but by far the best compliment I have ever received

"You made me laugh" is always a good one. Physical compliments, though sincere, can be a dime a dozen, especially on mfp.3
