Reaching your fitness goal!

In the past 10 months I have lost 40lbs! And not ONCE did I ever step foot in the gym with the intention to look good! I personally believe that that mind set will set you up for long term failure. Once you are entering the gym with the intention to be healthy, the pounds will shred with little mental effort totally as a perk! Only then will you come to realize that it isn’t a destination, but a way of life!
