    Thanks for the advice. I ran really slow today and still I was out of breath. It made me kinda sad that I could barely run for a minute :(

    When doing the C25K, my run slowed down to 4mph on the treadmill. I can frikken walk faster than that, but it was running regardless. You know the smoking won't help, but better to take a couple weeks to do a week than to not do it at all, so keep at it as slow as you need to and repeat what you need to.

    Yes, I would, but everything is more important. I think I would start with training with the coach. To learn to motivate.
