I need some new buddies

My thread has gone kind of quiet lately. Probably because I've been inactive for some time and just getting back into it. I used to have a great support network on here so would love the same again. I enjoy running, although I'm building my fitness back up at the moment. I also like to do weights and I'm doing stronglifts 5x5. I'm 35, female, based in the UK, 5ft 8 and have about 17lbs to my first goal, but my overall goal weight is still about 40 lbs away. I'm just breaking it down into smaller chunks. I don't log my food but I log my exercise and check in every day, so feel free to add me.
