Tried the Leslie Sansone walking workout

I did the Leslie Sansone 5-mile walk Fat Burn last night and i loved it! I'm not a fan of DVDs (i make too many excuses to not do them since i'm at home) and prefer going to the gym, but my sister pressed me to try it- my BIL has lost a inches since he started . I thought it would be boring... how exciting is it to walk in your living room. But, it wasn't bad at all... it keeps you moving and it's not difficult and the time really goes by pretty quickly!So easy and you work up a sweat! I think I'm going to try to add it to my nightly routine!

So, if you're not into going to the gym, not into boucing around, not into complicated steps, and can walk, try this out! I feel like I'm an infomercial!!!! Don't need to buy it, it's on YouTube.

    I love Leslie DVDs .... I totally have 2 feet and can't do "regular" aerobics. Plus, they're so adaptable .... you can add more arms, light weights, or even do the moves on a rebounder when you need to bump it up a bit.

    "Walking" workouts are becoming popular because they are low impact (not everyone can do high impact) ..... here's another instructor with several "endorsed" youtube workouts:

    I've actually planned on doing that same video on days that I want to take it down a notch (I usually do HIIT workouts for cardio). I used to do her vids a few years ago and loved them.
