It's my moms birthday soon and so in the next couple of weeks, as a birthday present, she wants me to get my license!
Does anyone have any tips for me so I can do my best to pass? Obviously drive legally - so no sarcastic answers please. Keep calm, come to a complete stop before the line and then creep up if you need to see, always use your parking break when you demonstrate parking... WHAT ELSE?
I am so nervous! I'm a good driver but I'm afraid I'll be intimidated by the test instructor and mess up... And what do I do if I can't understand the test instructor? Do I say something? Would it be best to exaggerate things such as stops? I've been told to do that.
Any test experience stories would be nice! I live in a semi small town with lots of traffic (not like Seattle or New York traffic, just a lot of cars around and a lot of people who drive like they're drunk on a daily basis.) There won't be a freeway. Most likely no round-about's unless the instructor wants me to go to the other side of the town. The worst that is around the test area is a four lane main road, huge hills, and neighborhood roads. I mean it theory it should be easy compared to a lot of places I could be testing but still, nerves.
Any help is appreciated!
