Calories vs. Nurtion?

So I started back up again bulking and the calculator upped my calories again. I'm not used to it yet so at the end of the day I'm a couple hundred calories short but over on sodium, sugar, and fat.
Am I supposed to push calories or stop comsuming these nutrients when I'm over?
It doesn't seem healthy to eat so much fat, sugar, and sodium but I'm entirely willing to admit when it comes to nutrion I am often wrong.

Start by hitting the appropriate calorie target. After you're successful at that, you can start focusing on your macros.1

Calories are what matter for weight gain. Fat is essential to your diet. And unless you have a medical reason to watch your sugar/sodium intake you shouldn't have a problem. Focus on hitting your calorie goal right now, then when you have your logging under control you can play with the nutrients.1
