Using MFP and a weight lose method I have developed that I call my "Energy Density Method" (EDM). I have managed to lose weight consistently every time I started the routine. So far I have lost over 80 pounds in less than 4 months during the first effort in 2014. I got off the plan in January of 2015 and gradually gained 60 pounds back over the next 2 years. I am now back on the program and have to date shed 26 pounds in the last 30 days. Once I have the bugs all sorted out, I plan to publish this method in PDF format. I will let the Community know when that happens. Also , thank you MFP for the great work you are doing on the Food Database and associated software. Its working GREAT guys!

Here are some of the features of the plan:

*You can eat anything you want.
*No workouts (unless you want to lose pounds faster)
*No special diet foods.

Items required required:

* Small food scale
* Bathroom body weight scales
* Measuring cups and spoons
* A large bottle of Multi-Vitamins
* Access to MFP database online! (optional)
