Trying to join the 500 club on deployment

Hello! 113lb female here! I've always struggled to gain weight and recently started lifting and attempting to track my macros. I have nearly no upper body strength and have a hard time finding motivation or energy to go to the gym and lift especially since I'm pretty weak. I heard there was a 1000lb club on deployment for men and a 500lb club for the ladies I wondered if anyone has done something similar or has had issues I may have had! Thanks all!
