Keeping it off-and Losing More

In the last six months I have lost 75 pounds... my goal now is to lose 25-30 more pounds by December 31, 2018. What I have come to realize is that this is a DAILY task which I must do. My Fitness Pal will continue to help me a great deal by recording EVERYTHING which goes into my body.
