Is it bad if I overeat my caloric goal for the day but put the extra food on my next days food?

I don’t know if what I’m doing is unhealthy or not

So you moved 232 calories from today to tomorrow so you could log 900+ calories today? Why?
Your diary shows days at 800+, 900+ and of course under 1200? While it looks like you do not use a food scale and these lower days you may have consumed more than logged, the mental aspect of logging such lower intake is unhealthy and of course the days that you actually under eat is unhealthy.4 -

Yikes.
It looks like you've closed your diary up but if this is your normal intake, you should speak with a professional.2 -

Yes, this makes me concerned OP is fixated on being under an already low calorie target and is fudging the diary just to have the validation of that very low number. Yikes OP, if this is the case, please get some help.2 -

I concur. It looks like she started here about a month ago. I went back 4 weeks and these are the types of intakes I saw.

If your goal is 1200 and you eat 3000, don't skip eating for a day and a half to make up. If your goal is 2000 and you eat 2100, OK to cut back 100 the next day.2
