Time to Restart

Hi all,
Been off of my diet and training for a year now, 12 months ago I was down to low body fat and holding good lean muscle, my strength and motivation were through the roof, then one day out of nowhere, I got a herniated disc in my back.
So, it’s time to start again, diet and training re starts tomorrow, it’s going to be slow, but the end results will be worth it.
Anyone wanting to add me please feel free, I’m knowledgeable on training and diet, I’ll give honest answers and won’t sugar coat anything, as, weight loss and diet is a pain in the *kitten*.
