I'm a 57 year old female, married, mother of 3 children all in their 50th & 7 grandchildren. I exercise & have learned that balance exercises are essential for me. In addition, one of my exercise instructors suggested I buy & wear a knap sack instead of carrying a pocketbook. This he claimed would help with my balance. It's been 2 years & the change is remarkable. Recommended as well - MASSAGE. Massages make such a difference in the way one feels. It's a present that is necessary for one's good health.
