Deducting rest times from workout log?

Options
I do a lot of circuit training and mix in 5x5 sometimes. My question is should I be deducting my rest times from my total workout times? I never rest more than 1 minute between workouts or sets so I know exactly what my actual work time is vs total time. I just don't want to be tricking myself into thinking I am burning more calories than I actually am. Here is todays workout as an example.

Set 1 (Tabata)
D.B. pullovers
D.B. curls
Jump rope
1 minute rest

Set 2 (5x5 supersets)
D.B. flies
D.B. tri press
1 minute rest

Set 3 (Tabata)
D.B. shoulder shrug
D.B. seated front squat
Jump rope
1 minute rest

Set 4 (5x5)
D.B. curl to shoulder press
1 minute rest

Set 5 ( Tabata)
D.B. hammer curl
Chest to floor pushups
pushup plank hold
1 minute rest

Set 6 (5 sets)
D.B. curls (21's)

Total time with rests 55:35
Total time without rests 37:35

I would not deduct the rest periods. Just adjust calories up/down based on results as you go along.
