Macros

I started last Monday but I have not been counting macros only my carbs so I decided today to count them but it says I still have 450 calories left I met my carbs and protein but not my fat what do i do im confused because mfp is telling the calories are way to low but I'm not hungry any info is appreciated thanks

Weight loss is about the calories, and you need to make sure you're eating enough to fuel your body (at least 1200 calories, if not your goal). Once you have your logging down and are reaching your goal, then you can play with the macros (carbs are a macro, by the way) to see what ratio works best for you.3

So, eat some fats and whatever else you want in order to hit that 450 calories. It doesn't matter if you go over on the macros. Makes no difference. It's all about calories.1
