Hey everyone! Been using MFP for about 3 weeks now. I'm currently on day 86 of my journey. I love the insights MFP gives you with reporting. It's motivating and provides clarity into what areas can be improved.

Bio: 32, Male, MBA from UNC (Go Heels!)

I used to be in pretty good shape (170 lbs. at 5' 10"). I took care of my health, ate moderately healthy, and had a great workout routine. At the start of 2014, I started going down the wrong rabbit hole. I stopped caring about everything ...and my health started to deteriorate drastically. Post-Self-Apocalypse I weighed in at 265 lbs and my blood pressure was skyrocketing. On 8/27/2017, I decided that I needed to start putting the pieces back together and turn my life around before I lost it. I am now on my mission back.
