Losing Weight To Hopefully Cure Heart Problems

Hey guys, I've been an MFPer for awhile but haven't been active in a few years. Had a 1000 day streak going for awhile!
I'm back to it and a big reason is that I've developed paraoxysmal A Fib which is a very scary feeling heart condition. Weight loss is supposed to CURE some people so I am giving it my shot. Best case scenario, I cure a potentially fatal condition, worst case, I'm thinner!
Not sure if anyone else has heart problems but wanted to put that out there. Weight loss... it could make a big difference!

I have LBBB and dialated aorta. Got my cholesterol and BP under control. Goal is to lose all the excess weight. Getting re-evaluated next couple weeks ultra sound and MRI with dye.

I also have paroxismal AFib. I'm going in for ablation in a couple of weeks. The electrophysiologist suggested I lose 30 lbs and I found myself here. Surprised myself too by actually losing 30 lbs2
