    How long keto? There are lots of pages on fb... But I hate commenting on them because I don't want the whole world knowing my business lol.

    Me either, many comments when they know about I start doing keto diet, I think it better to talking with people who think the same and have the same life style, in Thailand we have keto Thailand friends group on Facebook

    I'm going to attempt the keto way of eating. Some things I won't have a problem with but I am beginning it in the middle of the holiday season. Wish me luck!
