Not new, Just looking for advice...

I have been logging for awhile now. I just don't know what all I should be doing. I am looking to turn my fat into muscle, being more toned and overall happy with whatever I am or am not wearing.... I exercise daily, running and do the 30 day shred. I am currently on level 2.
I am looking for someone to advise me into the steps I need to be taking. I have no idea what protein to use and what to eat or what workouts I need to be doing. When should I be working out, AM or PM? How long do I have until I need to eat breakfast, Pre and Post workout snacks?
I am 23 years old, 5 ft 5 in. 141 lbs. I would love to be in the 130 range.
I feel like I am being successful from the way my legs, abs and arms are starting to feel more muscular....but I don't feel like I am doing it all right.
HELP

Whey protein is good. Concentrate is cheaper and just fine if you are not lactose intolerant, if it gives you stomach issues then try a whey protein isolate. If that gives you issues then there are egg and soy based protein supplements too, but they're definitely more spendy.
I don't know what your situation is as far a gym goes, but a lot of women on here have gotten the results you are looking for by following a heavy lifting barbell training program. Nothing reshapes the body and adds muscle like barbell training. I cannot recommend the book "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe enough. Buy it. Now. Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/Starting-Strength-3rd-Mark-Rippetoe/dp/0982522738/
Have you bought it yet? Good. After that, read the article at http://thefitcoach.wordpress.com/2012/07/29/584/
That should take care of the nutrition side of things. It's going to seem like an absolute crapton of food. Eat it. It works.0 -
there is so much info online and there are many books that can guide you!
Knowledge is power!
Good luck0
