Does anyone have the Samsung Gear S2 and can help a (relative) newbie out?

Do you use a different app - other than Samsung Health and Nike Run to track your workouts?
I've started lifting 2 days a week and I'm not getting an accurate burn. Today, I did upper body, and Samsung Health calculated my burn at 504 cals in 50 minutes. Now i KNOW that did not happen!!!

What do you use? And do you find it accurate?
