Please help me find a topic

I can't find a post I read yesterday afternoon. Like so many others, it was posted by a guy who had lost a lot of weight. It seems like he was over 300, and lost more than 100 . . . but I can't remember.

In the first picture he had long hair that fell over his face, by the last picture he had cut his hair.

Anyway, I have my reasons for finding it.

Does anyone remember seeing the post?
