Getting over personal obstacles

We all have them, for me the biggest one is being inconsistent with my diet. It can be extremely challenging sometimes to get 3500 calories in and when I’m having a tough time eating anything I sometimes just say screw it and don’t hardly eat anything. A lot of this is because I’m on the medicine Topomax which is well known for killing your appetite.
I really think I just need an easier way to eat, I’m ready to have the doctor install a dam feeding tube, it’s just that frustrating.
I guess my question is how much of an impact do you think not eating much one day makes if you try to compensate in the next few days to follow.... especially for grams of protein?
I know this isn’t ideal for sure but am I really missing out on some serious gains?

It's best to eat properly each day. When that's not possible, making it up the next day is much better than skipping it completely,0
