Hi there .. i need some advice on macros. I am 40 years old with a terrible ACL rupture that i am currently working my *kitten* off on
with that said i gained 20 pounds at the beginning of this mess feeling very sorry for myself. Ive managed to lose 9.5 pounds but it is tough with the limitations with this knee. Just wondering what people would suggest my macros should be? I have still beendoing a workout everyday but mostly mat work, abs, some light free weight... bike but thats so slow it barely counts... thanks in advance!

Barring medical reasons, macros are a personal preference. Play around with the percentages, making sure you get an adequate amount of protein (at least .8 grams per pound of lean mass) and fat (at least .35 grams per pound of weight), and see what works best for you.2
