Skippping aka (Jump Rope)

So tonight im starting my first skipping workout.

Does anyone have any tips or wanna join in and use it as a bit of competition for motivation

going for 1 minute on 1 minute off for 30 mins

    Get some good music going if you can, its almost as fun as dancing. Alternate between double unders and single skips. Remember that you're only meant to jump a really small height of off the ground.

    Boy you are going to feel those calves tomorrow! perhaps for the first time 30 mins is a tad much to spend skipping? (or boring perhaps).
