Looking for motivation and some fitness friends!

Hey everyone,

So my weight has fluctuated for years, last year I managed to get to my lowest weight that I had been in years and felt fab (following SW plan) unfortunately, suffering from anxiety triggered by my Emetaphobia I have found myself piling on the lbs.

I am really looking for others’ who need a bit of a kick up the backside and those that I can chat too and motivate one another to become healthier :)
