Fitness routine. Please help!

I'm a creature of routine. I have to have a plan. Period. I can't just go in to a gym or wake up on a Monday without a strict workout plan.

So since the end of July I've been doing C25K and Jillian Michaels DVD's. All is going well!

However.

I've decided to start seeing a personal trainer and yesterday was our first day (legs) and it went well. However!!! I don't know what to do for the rest of the week for my fitness plan. I'm on Level 3 of Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs and I'm on Week 8 of C25K (distance). So what do I do? I'm seeing the trainer MWF.

Obviously I can't do all three workouts in one day. Do I give up C25K? Do I give up Jillian? Should I stop cardio completely? I just need to know what to do on the days I'm not in the gym. Any advice?

Thanks!

    Give the trainer a week.

    And ask her/him.

C25K is a 9 week plan. If you started in August you should have graduated.

If you've graduated, I'd stick with the 30-40 minutes of running on your off days.

Have you talked to your trainer about this? I would think they can craft a plan for you that would work with your schedule.

I'm doing it twice. I finished the first one for time, but the second one I'm doing for time.

I talked to him briefly about it, but I realize I should've gone more in depth with it...SMH

Personally, I'd drop Jillian if you're going with a personal trainer for lifting and running for cardio.

You can do cardio every day unless you're too tired to lift.
