Ok, I'm not so new. In fact I'm near the end of my fifth year on MFP, and yes, I lost a stack of weight, going from 245 to 186 - so it works, and it IS LIFE CHANGING!

There's a flip side too, as I'm sure many of you will know from personal experience- keeping it off is harder than losing it in the first place, and that's kinda where I am. I lost 60 pounds and I've gained back about 25 in the last 2 years.

So I need to change things round a little and I'd love some fresh interaction and inspiration from you guys! So if any of you out there are looking for new friends then I'd be really happy if you consider me.

About me? I'm 53, live in Wigan, England and love cycling and am trying to add some running to it too. I'm a fairly lousy food logger (which needs to improve) and I'm a very supportive friend on here.

Thanks for reading!
