Hey,
I've just started on MFP today and I'm looking for some friends to help motivate and support me. From past experience I know that having others support you makes the journey so much easier!
I'm 26 and have recently regained weight that I had previously lost. Super annoying! But it's my own fault for binging way too much. Initially I'd like to lose 30 pounds. Feel free to add me.
