Quark recipe suggestions?!

So I've bought quark for the first time and have no idea what to make with it. Any favorite recipes you have please share! :)

    Last Christmas I made a delicious no bake cheesecake with Quark (no gelatin either)... I made it up after looking at other no gelatin/no bake recipes.

    I substituted anywhere I would use sour cream. I used it instead of butter and milk in Mac and Cheese. I used it instead of Philadelphia cream cheese. I used it as a base for chip dip.

    My children might forgive me one day.

    quark = cream cheese. Wherever you use cream cheese use quark.

    From california.....is quark a cream cheese just by another name or is it something else. Is it a US cheese.....never heard of it ;)

    I basically use it when I want something to be creamy but without using cream/other fats. So pasta sauces, lasagnes, cheesecakes, dips...
