Hi there.
I don't have the answer you are looking for, but have you tried the Starbucks bottled frappucinos? They have light mixes now -- in mocha and in vanilla. They can be a little pricey ($5.99 at Wal-mart for a 4 pack) but that's cheaper than as many drinks you would get at Starbucks or Mickey Ds! I love them only 100 calories per bottle.0 -
Starbucks charges an arm and a leg, but a grande frap (mocha light, or caramel light) are under 150 calories.0

I found this one on myrecipes.com. I'm sure you could use instant coffee with it.
Ingredients
* 1 cup strong brewed coffee
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 tablespoon 2% reduced-fat milk
* 1 1/4 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
* 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
* 3 tablespoons fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 teaspoon chocolate shavings
Preparation
Stir together coffee, sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk in a small glass measuring cup. Pour into ice cube trays, and freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.
Process coffee ice cubes, 1 1/4 cups milk, and chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth. Dollop evenly with whipped topping, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
