Anyone else in the Big Breakfast club?

I am looking for meal ideas or tips from others who are a fan of the big breakfasts. For breakfasts, it's 1/2 c. plain oatmeal, 1/4 c. sprinkled in trail mix (I use a berries, nuts, seeds, chocolate one), and 1/4 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk. With that, I also make a protein shake with a banana, flax and chia seeds, and more almond milk with ice. I will drink the shake on my way to work (8:30am) and then eat the oatmeal around 9am or 10am. This is about 700 calories.

Between that and lunch and then again after lunch, I'll snack on an apple and 3 oz of carrots (100 cals).

For lunch, it's veggies or potatoes and baked chicken. (400 cals)

Dinner is homemade chicken noodle soup with fago yogurt mixed in (300 cals)

Eating like this is the *only* way I feel satiated and won't snack or binge or overindulge.

Is anyone else in this camp? If so, any ideas for low cal lunch and dinners? Most meals are higher in cals and I am a bit of a "volume eater", so low cal is important.

Does anyone have experience with long term sustainable weight loss using this method?

I'd love to see how you do your big breakfasts!

I eat 2 breakfasts as well. Cereal (oatmeal or shredded wheat). Then after the gym I have either eggs or something savory like soup or other leftovers.

I'm not sure if it's helped my weight loss or not. Some days I'm super hungry..sometimes I can eat an apple and cheese for dinner. Sometimes I need a full meal.
