I am 45, sedentary due to chronic pain issues but trying to assist my health via a keto style diet that I have heard is good for fibromyalgia. Today is my first day and I hope to get a grip on things that I can and can't eat!

Weight loss would be a massive bonus but because I am unable to workout very well I am not counting on it.
