Anyone here to get ready for police fitness tests?

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as I am. I'm hoping to get my dream job, but first I need to pass the physical test. I'm upping my cardio and strength and trying to lose some pounds to make it easier on myself.
If you're here doing the same feel free to add me. I'd love to see what other people are doing to get themselves ready.

My soon to be son in law is doing the same.
What is your current fitness or lack of it like?
Couch to 5k is a good place to start if you are new to fitness, it will really help with the bleep test.0 -
I mostly need to work on my cardio and some extra leg strength as the test my desired department uses had a 6ft long jump in the middle of it. My heel is just touching the end of it.
My current time for the course is 5:07, though that practice round was after a week of GI infection.
Currently doing lots of higher intensity body weight exercises with 4 minutes on, 1 minute rest.1
