Starting Over Again

I am 30 years old, 5'2" and determined to lose these 12 pounds. I do workout regularly although it is more weights than cardio... I should probably find a little more balance between the two. I am aiming for more of a whole food diet because I feel that is the most sustainable for me. I am not super strict about the whole foods thing but do TRY to stay away from processed food. Looking for friends with any similar goals!
