New to this...need support with over eating.
Any suggestions???
I am running a marathon in a month.(5k)

    Welcome:flowerforyou: What ever your calorie intake is set in your journal per day, such as mine is 1220 calories that I am allowed per day. And it gives you how many cars, protein etc. that you should stay in that limit. I find that eating plenty of vegetables, baked chicken breast with no skin or oil, and fresh fruits, whole grains. Help me to stay with in my calories. If I exercise, mostly walking, I enter my exercise for the day as well. If it says I have burned 125 calories then I am suppose to eat the extra 125 calories for that day. When it comes to snacks I find low calorie low fat food, such as sugar free jello, with a sliced apple and a couple tablespoons of fat free whip cream on top. or rice cake only 50 calories, and celery with hummus..only about 50 calories. I hope this gives you some idea.
