Spring break motivation

I'm currently 5'6", 160 lbs and would love to get back down to 130. Over the last week of March, my bf and I are going to Amsterdam! I'd love to be down to at least 145 by then if not more, but I'm a serial starter and seriously lack motivation. If there are any other spring breakers who want motivation, let's connect!     I'm 5' 6" and was using MFP every day. Starting weight 173, got down to 145 in about five months. If I had it to do over I'd aim to lose 1 pound a week instead of two, because even with lifting weights I lost some muscle tone and despite taking vitamins my hair started falling out!! Yikes!! Anyway, I'm sticking with maintaining 145 now, it's comfortable for me. You should just plug away every day, don't give up on yourself.
