Easy, this fitness lark.....

12st 11lbs or 179lbs today giving a total net weight loss of 47lbs since March 20th (8 months).

That’s 3lb in a week, probably a bit too much.
What’s different in the last week?

- Using JeFit app to speed up my workout.
(Unlikely as less than a week)

- Added an extra 100 cals taking me to 2250, 400 below TDEE.
(Favourite)

- Been taking My Thermo X-treme fat metaboliser pills.
(I know...)

Only 4lbs to go to reach my target..... then onto maintenance over the festive season before adding 7lbs of muscle in the new year.
