It's basically just walking and McDonald's hamburgers lol.

I think the point is that she is literally eating 2 hamburgers a day for about 350 cals while logging 1600+ cals in exercise with a calorie base of 1200.
I hope there is other food that has been eaten but not logged, and the exercise calories are overinflated otherwise we are going to have a poorly woman crashing very soon.
I was going to say it is only water weight and it will even out.
Instead I will say- @nikitaldy01 you are losing weight to be healthy, and probably to improve your appearance, please do it sensibly so you will be healthy and still have hair, nails, good skin, and functioning organs.
What you are doing is dangerous, please stop.
If you are miss logging or under a doctors close supervision, ignore the above.
