Does anyone have a tasty low (or lower) calorie recipe for quiche and/or crepes?

Crustless quiche! Make the quiche filling and bake in a dish without the pastry!
  • Clean Eating Magazine had a really good quiche recipe with ham and green onions, but of course you can put anything you want in it: http://www.cleaneatingmag.com/recipes/classics-made-clean/ham-green-onion-quiche/ I've made it several times and LOVE it.

Thanks! Another question - quiche tends to use a lot of milk; is there a good substitute I can use?

Use quark instead of cheese in your quiche. Can give you a recipe for low cal pancakes. 30g of porridge oats mixed in with a Mullerlight flavoured yoghurt overnight. In the morning, add two or three eggs to the mixture, along with a half teaspoon of baking powder and a couple of spoonfuls of low-cal sweetener. Cook the mixture like pancakes and they are yummy!
