Hey Im Chris. A few months ago i was hospitalized over alot of things that I never will return to doing again. After i woke up in the ICU i realized life was way to short to waste my time. I realized that my goals and dreams were possible through self discipline and hard work. The day i was Released from the ICU i weighed 302 pounds. As of 2 months ago my weight was 296. Today i am Currently 278.8. I have slowly gotten myself into the healthiest diet i have ever taken seriously in my life. I began hitting the gym saily about a month ago and over the last month I have been getting more confident in who I am and where I am heading. I am now confident enough to try to share my progress and hopefully relate and feed off others who too have the same dreams and goals. I am 26 years old and am easy to talk to. Hope anyone out there can continue down the path and fight towards there goals as I am!
